Keto Pizza
This pizza crust is amazing! We tried several keto/low-carb pizza crusts made with
cauliflower, which didn't taste all that good and fell apart quickly. This one
tastes and feels like a real pizza crust. You can even pick up a slice without it
falling apart.

We use Huy Fong Sriracha
but any hot sauce will do. Just season to taste.
Keto scrambled eggs
This one is super easy! Just use one whole egg and 2 egg yolks and scramble them in a pan with lots
of fresh butter.
I eat a healthy serving of fresh guacamole with the eggs and some Huy Fong
Sriracha to kick it up a notch!

Keto Cornbread (ala Nisha Berry)
Ingredients: (see our resources page for ingredients)
- 4 tbsp pork panko
- 4 tsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 oz butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix pork panko, almond flour, baking powder, and coconut flour together well.
- In a separate bowl
- Mix softened butter and cream cheese together until they form a creamy texture
- Add cream mixture to eggs and mix well.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Grease a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet liberally with bacon grease.
- Pour in cornbread mixture and place in preheated over for 25 minutes,
- Allow to cool and then serve with your favorite keto soup or chili.

Bulletproof coffee
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) of hot brewed coffee (preferably from organic beans)
- 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed unsalted butter or ghee
- 1-2 tablespoons of medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil or coconut oil (though MCT oil is the
preferred choice for its more concentrated medium-chain fatty acids)
- Optional: Add flavorings like Cinnamon if desired. Sweeteners if you have to, but I prefer not
to add Sweeteners.
Instructions
- Brew Coffee Brew a cup of your favorite coffee. Using freshly ground beans will
give the
best flavor. I prefer to use a pour over method with a metal filter to extract all the oils from
the coffee.

- Add Ingredients to Blender Pour the hot coffee into a blender. Add the butter
or ghee and
MCT or coconut oil.
- Blend at a high for about 20-30 seconds or until it becomes frothy and creamy.
This
will ensure that the fats get fully emulsified with the coffee, turning it into a creamy and
frothy
drink.
- Optional Flavoring If desired, add any additional flavorings or sweeteners at
this step.
- Serve Pour the blended coffee into a mug and enjoy immediately. The fats in the
bulletproof
coffee can help provide sustained energy and keep you full for longer.
